I ran into some serious issues with room maintenance—like a broken TV remote and a constantly faulty safe, which didn’t make for a relaxing stay. The dining experience felt pretty chaotic. not only did food options run low well before meal times, but I had to keep asking around for proper cutlery and plates, which felt like a circus act, not a five-star retreat. I had to contend with the sunbeds being nabbed by early risers, leaving me to scramble for a spot by the pool. Lastly, the hotel's layout was a maze. tons of stairs everywhere made it tough for anyone not up for a serious hike.
