    great stay but some room for improvement

    The upgrade to a junior suite with a shared swim-up pool enhanced our experience significantly. And the daily fresh towels without needing to swap out were a refreshing change. We enjoyed delicious meals at the Med restaurant, particularly the Mediterranean brunch that highlighted local flavors. The sea view was captivating.

    I ran into some serious issues with room maintenance-like a broken TV remote and a constantly faulty safe, which didn't. The dining experience felt pretty chaotic. Not only did food options run low well before meal times, but I had to keep asking around for proper cutlery and plates, which reminded me of a circus act, not a five-star retreat. I had to contend with the sunbeds being nabbed by early risers, leaving me to scramble for a spot by the pool. Lastly, the hotel's layout was a maze. Tons of stairs everywhere made it tough for anyone not up for a serious hike.

    Fine, fine, fine.

    I spent 7 nights in a Twin Sea View room with amazing views of the Aegean Sea! The food was good-each meal a good surprise with options like a Mediterranean brunch, and the variety of themed restaurants was a treat. The infinity pools were so refreshing and perfectly positioned for sunbathing while soaking in very nice coastline panoramas!

    We absolutely loved the infinity pool and the luxurious sunbeds. Our superior room with pool was perfect for a couples' getaway. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. the free mini bar restocked daily was a nice touch. the location is only 20 minutes from the airport.

    Felt like part of the family, nothing to complain about.
